Most people continuously operate in a reactive, distracted and habitual autopilot mode. This negatively affects their performance and results in significant implications on the company’s bottom line.

The solution

Break the stress loop and reshape thinking.

We designed Level Up Foundation - a 2-week long transformative journey consisting of multiple 10–15 minute daily sessions covering topics such as awareness, meta attention, distraction, kindness, curiosity, pausing and gratitude.
